🇹🇫️ CORCOPA 2018-2019

The CORCOPA project aims to strengthen and sustain the technical capacities of the French Southern and Antarctic Lands for the supervision of coral reefs in the Scattered Islands. The project lead to the development of a monitoring tool which is innovative, operational, and inexpensive, suited both to the isolated nature of Europa and to its quickly evolving ecosystems.

Conducted during Simon ÉLISE's PhD thesis, it has been a major influence which led to the creation of Reef Pulse a few years later.
